Shipping & Handling
Spazz wants you to get your shirt as soon as possible so you can give him a Shout Out wherever you are! Shout Out ships to the U.S. and most of its territories as well as Canada, Europe, Mexico, South America, Japan, and Australia. The Standard Shipping and Handling Rate is $6.95 for the first shirt and additional charges depending on location are listed as follows:

• U.S.
  Standard Delivery
  $6.95 for the first shirt. $2.50 for each additional shirt. Total shipment charge is calculated before your credit card is charged. Orders normally arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to U.S. territories, APO, and FPO addresses. Sorry, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  
  Next Day* Delivery only $2.95 more!
  Have your shirt the next day* (not including weekends or holidays) for only $2.95 more per order! *Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm (noon) ET to be shipped for next day delivery, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders normally arrive 1 business day after the ship date. Orders placed after 12:00pm (noon) ET normally ship the next business day. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrives within 2 business days after the ship date. Express Delivery is only available in the continental United States.
  
  
• Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico
  Add $4.50 to Standard Shipping Rate. Don’t pout, you get to surf or see whales all day long!

  Spazz loves hockey and girls who speak French and would love to get a Shout Out! from you, eh! Add $11.00 to the Standard Shipping rate for the first shirt. $2.50 for each additional shirt. Sorry, Express Shipping is not available. Orders normally arrive within 3-4 business days. Please note customs information below.**

• Europe
  Ciao! Cheerio! Hej! Bonjour! Give Spazz a European Shout Out! Add $12.00-$23.00 to Standard Shipping rate for the first shirt. Rate is calculated at checkout depending on what country delivery is requested. $2.50 for each additional shirt. Sorry, Express Shipping is not available. Orders normally arrive within 4-10 business days depending on customs regulations. Please note customs information below.**

• Mexico
  Hola! Spazz wants to hear from his amigos in Mexico! Add $15.00 to Standard Shipping rate for the first shirt. $2.50 for each additional shirt. Sorry, Express Shipping is not available. Orders normally arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note customs information below.**

• Japan
  Konichiwa! Be the coolest cat in Shibuya and get your Shout Out!™ shirt now! Add $13.00 to the Standard Shipping rate for the first shirt. $2.50 for each additional shirt. Sorry, Express Shipping is not available. Orders normally arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note customs information below.**

  Spazz wants to Tango with you in your Shout Out!™ shirt. Obrigado! Add $20.00 to the Standard Shipping rate for the first shirt. $2.50 for each additional shirt. Sorry, Express Shipping is not available. Orders normally arrive within 3-6 business days. Please note customs information below.**

• Australia and New Zealand
  Hey mates, give Spazz a Shout Out! from down unda! Add $18.00 to Standard Shipping rate for the first shirt. $2.50 for each additional shirt. Sorry, Express Shipping is not available. Orders normally arrive within 4-10 business days. Please note customs information below.**
  
  

  **All deliveries made outside the United States may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Shout Out! ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid,” and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

• Shipping Carriers
  We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: DHL and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Returns & Exchanges
We would love for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items may be returned for a full refund minus a $4.95 restocking fee within 14 days of purchase. Also, your Shout Out!™ shirt is covered under a 30 day manufacturer's warranty. If any items are defective you may exchange your product for the same style and size within 30 days of purchase.

For Return or Exchange please click here to download your very own "Cool Return/Exchange Form.” Print it and fill it out including reason for return or exchange and what you would like to exchange your item for if applicable.

IMPORTANT: Please use a courier service that provides a tracking number such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS when sending returns/exchanges as Shout Out! is not responsible for package status until it reaches our warehouse and we have no way of knowing if you sent anything back unless we can track it down with a tracking number.
